Shipping & Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery in Pakistan. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes (typically 3-5 business days), we are not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms
We primarily operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Customers are expected to pay the full amount as shown on their order invoice upon delivery of the package.
Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that all books provided are of the quality described. In case of misprints or significant physical damage during shipping, we offer an exchange policy within 7 days of delivery.
